Berman Museum's newest temporary gallery, Women In War, explores the journey made by womenkind in the American Armed Forces, showcased through many personal stories and artifacts. Many items in the exhibit are on loan from female veterans or the Air Force Enlisted Heritage Hall in Montgomery, Alabama.

At the member's only exhibit opening on May 13, 2021, the Berman Museum honored three attending female veterans: Lt. Col. Zyna Captain, USAF Ret.; CMSgt Emily Shade, USAF Ret.; and former Sgt Sandy Buckley Amidon.

Women in War will remain open until October 2021.
